JrNtr-starrer Devara: Part 1, was released in theatres on Friday, and as expected, it set the box office on fire in India and worldwide. Devara has become the 2nd biggest opener of the year after Kalki 2898 AD. The film is also the biggest solo opener for Jr NTR.
Devara: Part 1 grossed ₹155.45 crore worldwide on its first day.

Devara opened at ₹7.75 Cr net in Hindi. Expecting a substantial boost over the weekend as word of mouth is positive.
Directed by Koratala Siva, the film stars JrNtr in the lead role alongside Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Prakash Raj. The film was released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
