Despite carrying the legacy of the popular Welcome franchise and boasting a massive ensemble cast, the film’s initial pre-sales suggest that audience response is currently on the lower side.
As per the latest advance booking data, Welcome To The Jungle has sold approximately 28,423 tickets across India, generating ₹90 lakh gross (With Block Seats) in advance sales. The film is currently listed across 1,917 shows, but the overall occupancy remains a concerning 6.76%, indicating that bookings are yet to gain momentum.
While the current numbers may appear underwhelming for a franchise film featuring a massive ensemble cast, it is still too early to draw final conclusions. Comedy entertainers and family-oriented films often witness stronger bookings on the last day.
With two days left for bookings to accelerate, all eyes are now on whether the film can register a significant late surge and enter with much stronger numbers than what the current trend suggests.
