Famous director Shankar is working on his big dream project called Velpari. This movie is based on a popular Tamil historical novel by Su. Venkatesan. The story is about Vel Pari, a brave and kind king from ancient Tamil times known for his generosity and courage. Shankar has big plans for Velpari. He wants to make it in three parts, like a huge epic. He says it will be as grand as big international shows like Game of Thrones or movies like Avatar.
