
Ram Charan’s much awaited sports action drama Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana has kicked off its theatrical journey on a solid note with impressive paid premiere collections across India. The film which stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani has generated an impressive ₹21.60 crore gross from paid premier shows across India.
The biggest contribution came from Andhra Pradesh. It registered ₹11.30 crore gross from paid premieres. The extraordinary response reflects Ram Charan’s strong fan base in the region and the immense buzz created by the film’s promotional campaign.
Telangana followed closely with a remarkable ₹6.95 crore gross. Major centers such as Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad witnessed packed houses and overwhelming audience turnout. The state’s contribution further highlights the excitement among moviegoers who have been eagerly waiting to watch Ram Charan in a powerful mass entertainer.
Karnataka delivered a sensational performance as well, contributing ₹3.05 crore gross from premiere shows. Bengaluru led the charge with strong occupancy across multiplexes and single screens alike. The response indicates that Peddi has managed to create substantial appeal beyond the Telugu speaking states, especially among audiences who closely follow Ram Charan’s films.
The Rest of India contributed ₹30 lakh from paid premiere shows.
